When are the services?
Add your Sunday and midweek service times as your weekly hours, with a note for anything that changes, such as special services over Easter or Christmas.
Where is it, and is there parking?
Your address puts a map on the site, and your description can say where to park and which entrance to use, so a first visit is not a guessing game.
What happens during the week?
List your ministries and groups, such as youth, Bible study, a choir or outreach, and each one gets its own short section on the site.
Who do I speak to?
Add your pastor and leaders with their roles, and a contact form and WhatsApp button for anyone who wants to ask a question before they visit.
What to have ready
This is enough for a full first draft. Anything you do not have yet can be added later, and the site updates when you do.

Common questions
Can members give or tithe online through the site?
No. The site does not take payments. If you want people to know how to give, describe it in your details, such as at the service or by bank transfer, and the site says so in your words.
Can we stream or post sermons?
The site does not host video or audio. Link your YouTube or Facebook page in your details and the site points people to where your services are streamed.
How much does it cost?
Your first design is free. Extra designs are R20 each. Publishing costs R499 a month per site, which includes hosting and a free webbefy.site address. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, and your site stays live until the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site goes live on a free webbefy.site address, and you can connect a domain you already own at no extra cost.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You answer questions about your business in plain language, preview the whole site, and publish when you are happy with it. There is no design or code to deal with.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Update your phone number, hours or address and your published site updates with them. You can also generate a completely new design and keep the one you have.
Will the site make things up about my business?
No. It is written from the facts you give it, and it does not add reviews, awards, qualifications or clients you did not tell it about.
