Upload photos of each room, the garden and the breakfast table, and the site shows them in a gallery that guests can page through.
Where exactly are you?
Your address is on the site, with a map if you want one. Describe what is nearby, such as the beach, the wine route or the airport, and the site says so.
Can I book with you directly?
Guests enquire by WhatsApp or through the contact form, and you confirm the booking the way you already do. The site does not take payments or manage a calendar.
Are you graded?
If you hold a star grading or belong to a tourism association, add it to your details, and add their logo to the partners band at the bottom of the home page.
What to have ready
This is enough for a full first draft. Anything you do not have yet can be added later, and the site updates when you do.

Common questions
Does the site handle bookings and payments?
No. It takes enquiries by contact form and WhatsApp, and you confirm them yourself. That keeps it simple: there is no second calendar to keep in step with the booking sites you already use.
Can I show the area as well as the house?
Yes. Describe what is nearby in your details and upload photos of the area alongside the rooms. For many guests the area is the reason for the trip.
How much does it cost?
Your first design is free. Extra designs are R20 each. Publishing costs R499 a month per site, which includes hosting and a free webbefy.site address. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site goes live on a free webbefy.site address, and you can connect a domain you already own at no extra cost.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You answer questions about your business in plain language, preview the whole site, and publish when you are happy with it. There is no design or code to deal with.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Update your phone number, hours or address and your published site updates with them. You can also generate a completely new design and keep the one you have.
Will the site make things up about my business?
No. It is written from the facts you give it, and it does not add reviews, awards, qualifications or clients you did not tell it about.
