A website for your panelbeating shop
After a knock, most people ask their insurer for an approved panelbeater, then check that shop online before they hand over the keys. webbefy builds a site that shows you are the real thing: who you work with, where you tow from and what your repairs look like finished, from the details you give it.
What your customers look for
What they check before they get in touch
Are you approved by my insurer?
If you are an approved repairer for one or more insurers, add their logos to your details and they appear in the partners band on your home page.
Do you tow from my area?
List the areas you collect and tow from and the site states them plainly, so someone stranded after a bump can see straight away whether you reach them.
What will my car look like afterwards?
Upload before-and-after photos of past repairs and the site builds a gallery from them. A clean respray or a straightened panel sells the job better than any description.
Can I get a quote without driving in?
The WhatsApp button lets someone send you photos of the damage and ask for a quote from wherever they are, before they commit to bringing the car to you.
What to have ready
This is enough for a full first draft. Anything you do not have yet can be added later, and the site updates when you do.
- Your business name, phone number and WhatsApp number
- The insurers you are an approved repairer for, if any, and their logos
- The areas you collect and tow from
- Your opening hours
- Before-and-after photos of repairs you are proud of
Common questions
Will the site claim an approval I do not actually hold?
No. The site only shows the insurers and approvals you add to your details. Leave a section out and it simply does not appear, rather than guessing at what you might have.
Can customers book a courtesy car or track their repair online?
No. The site is for finding you and getting in touch: your services, your photos and a way to reach you. Bookings and repair tracking stay in whatever system you already run.
How much does it cost?
Your first design is free. Extra designs are R20 each. Publishing costs R499 a month per site, which includes hosting and a free webbefy.site address. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, and your site stays live until the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site goes live on a free webbefy.site address, and you can connect a domain you already own at no extra cost.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You answer questions about your business in plain language, preview the whole site, and publish when you are happy with it. There is no design or code to deal with.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Update your phone number, hours or address and your published site updates with them. You can also generate a completely new design and keep the one you have.
Will the site make things up about my business?
No. It is written from the facts you give it, and it does not add reviews, awards, qualifications or clients you did not tell it about.
