Common questions
Will the site add patient reviews or before-and-after claims?
It is built to state only what you give it, and not to add reviews or claims of its own. Health professionals have rules on how they may advertise, so read the copy against them before you publish.
Can patients book appointments online?
No. Patients call, WhatsApp or send a message through the contact form, and your practice confirms the time in the system it already uses.
How much does it cost?
Your first design is free. Extra designs are R20 each. Publishing costs R499 a month per site, which includes hosting and a free webbefy.site address. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, and your site stays live until the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site goes live on a free webbefy.site address, and you can connect a domain you already own at no extra cost.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You answer questions about your business in plain language, preview the whole site, and publish when you are happy with it. There is no design or code to deal with.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Update your phone number, hours or address and your published site updates with them. You can also generate a completely new design and keep the one you have.
Will the site make things up about my business?
No. It is written from the facts you give it, and it does not add reviews, awards, qualifications or clients you did not tell it about.
