Do you work in my area?
Name the suburbs and towns you cover in your business description and the site lists them, so a customer can see at a glance that you come to them.
What do you actually do?
Blocked drains, geyser installs, leak detection, bathroom renovations. The AI turns the services you list into a services section with a short, plain description of each.
Are you qualified?
If you are registered with PIRB or hold other qualifications, add them to your details and they appear on the site. Nothing is claimed on your behalf that you did not give it.

Do I need a website if customers already find me through word of mouth?
Word of mouth gets you the first call. A referred customer will still search your name before they phone, and a website with your services and number is what reassures them that you are the real thing.
Can I show photos of my work?
Yes. Upload photos of finished jobs and they go into a gallery on your site. A neat geyser installation or a finished bathroom does more to win a job than any description.
How much does it cost?
Your first design is free. Extra designs are R20 each. Publishing costs R499 a month per site, which includes hosting and a free webbefy.site address. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site goes live on a free webbefy.site address, and you can connect a domain you already own at no extra cost.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You answer questions about your business in plain language, preview the whole site, and publish when you are happy with it. There is no design or code to deal with.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Update your phone number, hours or address and your published site updates with them. You can also generate a completely new design and keep the one you have.
Will the site make things up about my business?
No. It is written from the facts you give it, and it does not add reviews, awards, qualifications or clients you did not tell it about.
